Are relationship problems causing you distress?

If you are seeking relationship help such as marriage counseling, couples therapy, anger management, or help with dating, it is likely that you have tried to address issues on your own for some time. You may feel lonely, frustrated, hurt, mad, or jealous of others. Perhaps these problems have become extreme and are interfering with family life, physical health, mental health, or work. Have your attempts to cope with this distress lead to anxiety, depression, abuse of drugs or alcohol, infidelity or family breakdown?
Recent research shows that relationship problems between spouses or partners can have a negative impact on many areas of life. They can drain energy away from family, friendships, physical health, mental health, and work. Fortunately, however, many innovative techniques, supported by research, are now available that help couples to reduce their distress and increase their health and satisfaction. The Relating Well Center helps couples and individuals to nourish themselves and feel better. By providing counseling and education, it helps people of all ages to build deeper connections through the lifespan. Like a well provides water from an underground spring, the approach of the center is to help people tap their own resources using new tools and strategies in order to refresh themselves and deepen their connection with loved ones.
